Early in the morning when rose petals are ripe and ready for harvesting they are hand picked and filled in distiller tubes where rose oil drops emerge. Then the extract is used in the pharmacy, as well as an important gradient responsible for the perfumes natural fragrance.

Wine tasting
Bulgaria is famous for its wines all around the world. Following is a sample tourist route into the secrets of Bulgarian wines - appropriate for individuals and small groups for up to 15-20 people.
People attending would listen to a historic lecture on the wine samples, grapes sorts and their characteristics, the technological process of wine making, grape growing and the proper ways of storing and aging. Next comes an informative walk through the wine cellars depicting the history, woods making, exploitation and cleaning.
